Contest and Giveaway Rules

There is no purchase necessary. Each contest is open to all qualified persons 18 years or older:

-DJs have final say in who has won any prize
-Ticket giveaways will typically go to the first caller but this is up to the DJ's discretion
-DJs and Station Staff are no eligible
-Please limit your call-ins to once a month. If you win multiple prizes/giveaways within a short time period KFGM reserves the right to pass on your prize to the next winner
-Missoula Community Radio is not responsible for misdirected or mis-dialed phone calls.
-Prizes are non-transferable and will be awarded to the winner only, based on eligibility.
-Prize will not be mailed unless prior arrangements have been made. Winner must pick up prize in person and sign proof of receipt and contest rules.

-Contest rules may be modified by Missoula Community Radio at any time.

- Promotional tickets are non-transferable. No refunds, no resale, not redeemable for cash.
